We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Notice: Because the special and high worthy products, we need open the package for checking whether it’s working well before shipping out. This policy does not cover misuse, wrong shipping address, delivery rejection, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (3~10 days).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@x-front.com.
Returns:
- If you are not completely satisfied with product or changed your mind, you may return the item to us within 14 days from the day you received your items. We will only refund the original cost of the item’s price, and we will not refund any postage fees for the return unless the problem was a fault of ours.
- The items being returned must be in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- IMPORTANT! Postage and packaging costs to return the items must be paid by the buyer, unless the problem was a fault of ours.
- IMPORTANT! If you are a customer from outside the EU and you decide to return it, it is very important that you indicate it when sending the package. You must inform the carrier that the shipment is a RETURN. Otherwise, your refund may not be delivered. The shipment will be held at customs and we will be charged customs. Such refunds will not be delivered to us. The parcel will be returned to you.
- Please take attention before purchasing that we are located in Lithuania, Europe. And all returns should be dispatched to the same address as it was sent from.
So if you consider that product you are willing to purchase might not fit you, please check return postage price to avoid that returning fees cost you more than the exact product price.
