The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
Because the sensitive of our products, the delivery date will be late than normal goods. If your parcel taken by customs, you may wait more days. If your haven’t receive your package for a long time, please contact us, if lost, we will make a full refund or send you a new item for you.

*Combined shipping: Please let us know before purchasing which items you’d like to purchase, we’ll calculate an actual delivery price, and if the combined shipping is possible
*Items purchased during the weekend, usually will be dispatched on Monday. We aim to pack and dispatch goods as soon as possible.

*IMPORTANT! Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price and shipping costs. Please check with your country’s customs office before bidding or buying, as all extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
